Meeting with Dennis and his team is an eye opening experience. His tour provides the best hands on learning for understanding how the malting processing and brewing go hand in hand. Dennis truly is a master of his craft, and we are extremely thankful for his guidance along the way.

We are happy to be open every Friday, and Saturday night from 4pm - 9pm. Sunday we're open 1pm - 6pm. We will have a rotating list of food trucks to keep everyone fed. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.
